CONDOT is strategically located in Mumbai, the commercial hub of India, a Centralized facility allows close and fast response to customer demand. CONDOT has a range of different In-house technical department facilities dedicated for a variety of purposes viz.,

  • Design & Development of customized solutions for hardware and software
  • To study the production process and suggest appropriate solutions for different requirements
  • A Development team that works on the principle of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) towards design optimization to provide an appropriate solution for the customer needs
  • QA to track the materials from design board till the production shop floor
  • QC to ensure right tested products are delivered at the customer’s end
  • PLC programming for faster & easy interface and customized HMI
  • Software development for required Interface and Customized solution for specific ERP in accordance with government rules
  • Documentation to scrutinize Pharma validation documents

In addition, it has a special In-house Training Centre with required equipment for hands-on feel for distributors as well for customers and a special Training Program for customers’ orientation during implementation & installation.

Highly skilled professionals are in charge of these facilities, which include specialized personnel for documentation and user data security as per 21 CFR Part 11 and standards of GAMP5
