CSPL Line Manager has a Flexible, Scalable and Seamless approach for present and future-ready solution to cater the demand of serialization and aggregation in pharma industry.

Line manager is designed with windows-based application to cater the Track and Trace requirement. The software is provided with online print, verify and aggregation systems as per GS1 /country specific guidelines for different packaging levels – Primary, Secondary, Secondary – II, Secondary – III, Tertiary and Palletization. Line manager software supports .csv file inputs and output in .csv and/or XML format. Third Party Integration can be done easily based on standard and/or customized protocols with level 4 and 5 solution provider.

During the production, the system displays the live data operation with graphical animation. At the end of the batch, Line manager will generate the required report like Batch summary, XML, Alarm, Audit trail and Smart Audit trail report.

Single point data entry is facilitated with report generation to meet the 21 CFR part 11 as per GxP in production line for regulatory and non-regulatory markets.
