Drop on Demand printing technology imparts high resolution prints up to 720 DPI with impeccable printing accuracy and precision at high speeds up to 250 M/Min over a large print area i.e. up to 560 mm print swath (Print height) can be achieved with 8 stitched print – heads at a fraction of ink consumption cost. Availability of multiple grey scales and control in Drop Size results in an optimization of print quality.

What’s more, a substrate compatible DOD Ink System (Aqueous / UV / Solvent / Oil Based Inks) has been designed and developed to print fixed and variable text, Database from SQL, .csv, .txt, .xls, .pdf, Queue Message Printing (Remotely), other graphic files like .jpg and .bmp, UID with 1D and 2D bar codes.

CSPL DOD is also capable of superimposing Variable graphics, text, barcodes together on single pdf template.

The CSPL DOD Printing system can be easily retrofitted and synchronized on different printing press like Narrow Web, Wide Web, Flexographic, Rotogravure Press, Label Inspection Machine, Winder Re-Winder, Sheet Fed Transport Systems, Folder Gluer etc.
