The printer, vision and rejection marker is mounted on the labelling machine which does not have any rejection mechanism, still system functions seamlessly since rejection can be taken care in next station as bottle is marked with rejection. It generates the required I/O signal for the label applicator or the system can make customized rejection system on labelling machine as a retrofit. It also ensures detection of missing labels to reject the bottles. Hence, it gives flexibility to adapt in any circumstances on any kind of production line.
