CSPL 2020 Bottle Aggregation System is dual channel, fast and reliable system to fulfil global requirements for aggregation of Track and Trace. It’s modular construction combines all necessary functions that allows it to integrate into a new or existing production environment. As it is a comprehensive system solution, it gives the flexibility to adapt necessary workflow.

Powerful front-end (GUI) software gives multi-level access control to ensure the security and functionality. CSPL 2020 is the only system that bring benefits like aggregation of bottles with single vision scanner per track with throughput of 150 BPM. Auto teaching of Vision system allows to operate in an ease of setting with just a click of the button. Different size of bottles can be taken care with tool less settings in less than five minutes. Batch count with an optional scalable architecture to generate the co-relation with outserts / instruction manual glued on top of the bottles. In-built bottle separator and guide system allows to run bulk drug bottles with heavy outsert on top without toppling.

Queue control management for Accepted bottles and Rejected bottles with manual and auto recipe control feature available to optimize parent-child mapping. It generates the required I/O signal to synchronize Up-stream/down-stream machine (like labelling machine and bundler). Errors and warning alarm log is also available with the timestamp.

CSPL 2020 gives required report as per 21 CFR part 11 Compliance for Batch Summary Report, Batch Detail Report, Audit Trail Report, Alarm Log Report, Sample Report.
