CSPL 1850 PV Offline Print and Verification System is a fast and reliable system to fulfil global requirements for serialization and Track and Trace. Feeding capacity is up to 300mm x 300mm for flat cartons, lock bottom cartons and cut labels where the volume is high and need to cater multiple production lines.

CSPL 1850 PV gives flexibility to print up to 1” print height, 1/2” Rejection Marker and area scan camera configured with GUI for all required GS1 Global requirements. The System has built-in configuration to follow ISO standards of barcode validation. CSPL 1850 PV is in-built with four synchronized modules that are friction feeder for accurate infeed system, Print and verification with rejection marking, Rejection mechanism with verification and collection conveyer with verification.

CSPL 1850 PV gives required report for batch production, audit trail, alarm and sample reports are as per 21 CFR part 11 Compliance. Functionality to control Queue management, Consecutive rejection for ease of operation. Also it uploads the required data to server for further process of packing and aggregation on production line.
