CSPL 1800 Top Multilayer Aggregation System is a high precision system to fulfil global requirements for aggregation of Track and Trace.

Specially designed heavy duty top platform is provided to glide heavy duty boxes of almost all sizes used in Pharma Industry. High resolution vision system can take care of packing up to five level in shipper.

It’s advantages are strong front-end and single FOV which allows to read up to 200 barcodes at a time per layer. In the given FOV any size and number of cartons are scanable due to in-built algorithm based on recipe management for auto positioning of camera and light.

Many points which are not noticeable but important for production floor are already considered as in-built functionalities like De-Aggregation, Decommissioning, Samples after Quarantine, Partial Shipper Closer, Reprinting label, adjustable height and many more. An optional Redundancy scanner is a key handy tool to ensure productivity in emergency.

All required reports like Batch Summary Report, Batch Detail Report, Audit Trail Report, Alarm Log Report, Sample Report are as per 21 CFR part 11 Compliance and is a standard feature of the system.
