CSPL 1070 PV Print and Verification System is a reliable system to fulfil all requirements for global serialization and Track and Trace for outer secondary cartons. It’s compact and modular construction combines all necessary functions in a small footprint and seamlessly integrates into a new or existing production environment. Also a comprehensive system solution that gives you the flexibility to adapt necessary work flow. Optional mounting kit for Print and verification equipment which can be interchanged between the production batches from all three side of the cartons (Front, Rear or Top in direction of carton movement). The system is specially designed to take care of show boxes of 3 ply which is bigger in size hence to accommodate the big size boxes.

Powerful front-end (GUI) software gives multi-level access control to ensure the security and functionality.It’s advantages  It has key benefits like rejection marking, Invisible marking, two color prints which is very difficult to detour and also achieve the goal of keeping spurious products out of supply chain.

CSPL 1070 PV gives flexibility to print up to 1” print height, 1/2” Rejection Marker and area scan camera configured with GUI for all required GS1 Global requirements. The System has built-in configuration to follow ISO standards of barcode validation. Upstream and Downstream signals are synchronized on production floor with Semi-automatic or fully automatic outer secondary cartonating filling system.
