CBF is a printer controller board based on HP Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) Technology for consistent, high quality and fast printing. CBF gives the flexibility for expandable print height with multiple controllers from single computer.

It has a Specially designed Windows-based software for mailing, coding and marking or pharmaceutical applications which has all necessary features including database connections that can load the database from .csv, .txt, .xls and SQL format.  Controller can be configured to control up to 8 output signals for external equipment.

CBF is ideal for retrofit integration for many Industries like Mailing, Coding and Marking, Industrial Pre-printing and Post-printing applications.

CBF can control up to 2”print height. It has a feature of “No Time Between Prints” whereby the new print layout can be switched instantly while printing. Bi-directional printing with traverse mechanism for Multi-Track printing is available. Ideal to print Variable Data, shift code, Linear and 2D barcode, GS1 Data matrix, QR code, Graphics, and many more. It can print at breakthrough speeds of up to 300 metres per minute. Flexible to print up to 2400 Horizontal and 600 vertical dpi. Flexible user-level management, network printer for Remote Controlled start/stop, exchange job, change field contents, machine settings and layout parameters are available. External Encoder and product sensor inputs.
