CSPL PP (Pick and Place) is a reliable system for flat cartons, pouches and cut labels. Not only is it a compact and modular machine but also it combines all necessary functions in a small footprint.

Pick and place machine, a placer that by vacuum pads picks products from a loading stacker and places them horizontally on a conveying system. The machine executes the operations with a single sensor’s input. The sensor signal is given to the PLC, which calculates the encoder pulses for the product to reach from the sensor to print head. The printed product is transported to the collection end of the system.
