CSPL 1850 BV Offline Bar Code Verification System is a fast and reliable system to avoid product mix up on production lines. This system verifies all the cartons for OCR, 1D, 2D, Pharma code and EAN 13 bar code, then compare the images of product and verifies if all the required information is readable and are in line as per requirements. Feeding capacity is up to 300mm x 300mm for flat cartons, lock bottom cartons, cut labels, pre-fold leaflets and other flat media. System throughput is capable to cater multiple production lines.

The System has built-in configuration to follow ISO standards of barcode validation. CSPL 1850 BV is in-built with four synchronized modules that are friction feeder for accurate infeed system, Barcode verification, Rejection mechanism with verification and collection conveyer with verification.

CSPL 1850 BV gives required report for batch production, audit trail, alarm and sample reports are as per 21 CFR part 11 Compliance. Functionality to control Queue management, Consecutive rejection for ease of operation.
