CSPL 1500 DS Manual Dual Side Aggregation System is a high precision system to fulfil global requirements and achieve high speeds for Track and Trace.

Dual side static mounted vision system can take care of any number of packing layers in outer or shipper cartons. It’s advantages are strong front-end and single FOV which allows to read up to 200 barcodes at a time per side. In the given FOV any size and number of cartons are scannable without any settings change in hardware or software.

Single vision system with in-built light source on each side ensures ambient light source does not affect the readability of barcode. In-built De-Aggregation, Samples after Quarantine, Partial Shipper Closer, Label Printer and verification, replace UID are some integrated features. An optional Redundancy scanner is a key handy tool to ensure productivity in emergency.

All required reports like Batch Summary Report, Batch Detail Report, Audit Trail Report, Alarm Log Report, Sample Report are as per 21 CFR part 11 Compliance and is a standard feature of the system.
